Goodbye Love.
These past couple days have been rough. I didn’t think this would affect me as much as it has, but what can you expect from death? It haunts me throughout the day and even if I forget for a while, it comes back and jolts me to the edge of tears. Sunday I was a mess. That’s the day it happened and the day I found out. Monday seemed to pass without a hitch, but then yesterday...

I didn’t know you. Just a familiar name.
But I pray for you and your family and all those you have left behind.

It’s not fair. She was too young.
I cried all morning and we weren’t even that close.
But she was such a beautiful person, inside and out.
All the memories from high school came rushing back.
Her sister and I were best friends then, but now time has passed.
It’s been a while, but that doesn’t mean the past is erased.
I still remember. And it still...
